Spend Your Summer Working, Learning & Living in the Okanagan
We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join us at Eat Me Garden for our upcoming harvest season! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy working outdoors, and are curious about life on an orchard, this could be the experience for you.
What We Do
Eat Me Garden is a farm located in the heart of Lake Country, BC. We grow a beautiful variety of fruits throughout the summer—including cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, and apples—and we’re proud to bring fresh, healthy produce to our community and markets across the Okanagan.
Harvest Season
Our season begins with cherry harvest in early July and wraps up with apple harvest in late September. During this time, we need extra hands to help with:

Harvesting ripe fruit by hand

Packing and sorting produce for markets

Orchard care and maintenance
This is physical, hands-on work that requires attention to detail and a love of the outdoors. Expect early morning starts to beat the summer heat—our days begin early and can be long, but they’re also rewarding, energetic, and community-focused.
Who We’re Looking For
Whether you’re an experienced farm worker or trying this for the first time, we welcome applicants who are:

Hardworking and reliable

Comfortable working in hot weather and on your feet for long periods

Eager to learn and be part of a team

Legally able to work in Canada (valid work permit is required)
Where You’ll Stay
Eat Me Garden offers on-site camping for our crew, including:

And the best part? We’re nestled right between two beautiful Okanagan lakes—perfect for a post-work swim or sunset paddle.
